1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing items from NexKart (https://nexkart.co.in), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services.
2 Account Credentials & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, passwords, and restricted access to their mobile or desktop devices. You agree to notify NexKart immediately of any suspected unauthorized account usage.
3 Product Pricing & Availability
All prices listed on NexKart are stated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). While we endeavor to provide accurate descriptions, typographical or pricing errors may occasionally occur. In such rare instances, NexKart reserves the right to contact the buyer or cancel the order with a full refund.
4 Orders & Right to Cancel
Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance. NexKart reserves the right to decline or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activities, bulk commercial resale violations, or courier non-serviceability.
5 Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, trademarks, graphic designs, product photography, and proprietary algorithms on NexKart are the property of NexKart Retail Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written authorization.
6 Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from purchases on NexKart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
